Every artist needs a great canvas, so our bases are lovingly made to create the perfect foundation for the taste explosion that follows. Cooked the Italian way for maximum crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside, we’re serving up an Aussie take on the classic Neapolitan experience.

It features on almost every pizza we make, so we make sure our tomato sauce can more than hold its own in the taste department. Our kitchen may be small, but it punches well above its weight, mixing a special blend of spices, freshly-ripped Australian oregano and basil with the brightest first-grade vine-ripened Italian tomatoes we can find. It all adds up to a sauce that paints the town red every time.

Let’s not beat about the bush. A delicious pizza base and sauce may set the stage, but the real headliners are the toppings. We’ve searched far and wide for the best we can find, from halfway round the world, to just around the corner.

Doing our bit to source the best Australia has to offer, we’ve got black kalamata olives from South Australia, Queensland pork belly, king prawn and freshly-chopped pineapples, NSW specialities like duck sausage from South Windsor, lemon-pressed olive oil from Moree, wild rocket, and hazelnuts roasted in Sydney. From further afield, we have an incredible Spanish jamon serrano and Stella Fior Di Latte, an authentic mozzarella all the way from Campania, Italy.

Once our team have assembled your masterpiece, it’s baked to perfection. The base becomes crispy and golden, the cheese begins to melt and the toppings slowly release their flavours as they roast. When the pizza emerges, a wonderful aroma fills our kitchen, but we don’t hang around to savour it. Within moments, your pizza’s in a box and off on its way to you.
